Week 5 EOC: Social Networks and Job Hunting
Nowadays there are so many ways to get the word out about jobs and marketing and who is hiring through the communication of the web , with the different programs and such engines you can just about get it everywhere you turn so in order to get the word out about your company just go to one of the main top recruiting sites or most popular communication tools and post your market. In the article Job Recruiters Turn to Facebook to Find Candidates from wall street journal its the fastest way for communication and also agrees according to this statement "I wish every company used Monster, social is a solution that many people are using". This is true because its just faster In the article Job Recruiters Turn to Facebook to Find Candidates from wall street journal the Ceo Jeff Weiner said," users tell the company they want to keep their personal and professional networks separate". Sometimes this is true because when you are surfing the web or browsing Facebook the last thing you want is for some job app or popup interrupting your browsing. I also believe that it depends on how you market , according to this quote from the Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing on page 143 it says “It’s the value of having someone there who wants to talk to you about the product and the features,” says one brand ambassador. “It’s not really about sales; it is about sharing of information. If you go about it in a way that is positive and relatable, it’s a positive experience for [both parties].” I agree with this statement because an approach of marketing is very excellent if you sell the product or have a catchy way of luring people in to what you want to sell or advertise people will check it out. Communication and building relationships plays a big role in this, it is a level of comfort. Getting the word out through social media is much faster and has faster results than getting their word out though and ambassador ,but getting the word out through an ambassador has better results of accuracy because if the staff are knowledgeable and well trained all of the information get out and people will better understand your product or information because they get a hands on experience and the get to ask questions to be more informed and last they will feel more confident and connected.
Week 4 EOC: Building B-to-B Customer Partnerships
Building business relationships when owning a business is very important because it boost profit and sales in order to run your business smooth find out what you need to sell and build your relationship with who you will get your product from. According to the book Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing and what you always have to remember is that "Therefore, B-to-B marketers sometimes promote their products directly to final consumers to increase business demand", so to what your business demands is who you want to make relationship with and be able to work with them closely and comfortably. In the book Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing "businesses that sell to final buyers, they must build profitable relationships with business customers by creating superior customer value "Building customer partnership is a little different because you have to make sure you are supporting the customer needs and make sure you are offering them what they want as appose to building business relationships. According to the book Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing." It requires a deep-down understanding of customer needs and customer-driven marketing strategies that create superior customer value". Having a relationship with both buyers and sellers play a big role in the profit and long term of your business so make sure that you are putting your best foot forward and making good decision in choosing who to partner with .

Week 3 Making Money for Good
What matters to me is making my family happy by providing a great environment to live in and pursuing my career. Making a living is important but doing what I love is my passion. To me working and doing what you love makes everything so much easier not just a job you go to, because then you hate it and the end result is unhappiness and unemployment. I love that I can give back to help my consumers feel happy and confident when they step out into the media it is such a wonderful feeling to know that they have the look that they want. For example One company that gives back to the community is Tide by Helping Victims of Disasters Tide has contributed to washing clothes this is a wonderful thing to do People need clean clothes. http://www.lhj.com/volunteering/companies-that-care-brands-that-give-back/ This website explains in detail what Tide Contributes. A company That uses their profit to give back to the community is Ruby Tuesdays restaurant the had a Community Give Back Program Event. They gave back to a organization called Buddy Ball a division of Progressive Directions, Inc., offering sports and events to any person age 3 and older with a disability. This is amazing because for everyone to feel like they can achieve their goals is great regardless of how they are this website explains more detail. http://www.theleafchronicle.com/viewart/20130422/NEWS01/304220029/Giving-Back-Community-Never-Tasted-Good. The last Company that I would like to tell about how they have given back to the community is
Week 3 EOC: My Demographics
The demographics that I fall under is the Generation Y also known as Millennial because I was born into technology. “All generations are comfortable with technology, but this is the generation that’s been formed by technology,” says a Yahoo! executive. For them, “it’s not something separate. It’s just something they do.” This quote is from the bookhttp://outboundsso.next.ecollege.com/default/launch.ed?ssotype=VitalSource&sku=9780558851903&books=9780558851903 All over the world there is so much marketing out there everyone tries to choose what do and what is right. The generation y just wants to be in control of their own life they want to make a difference and change the world they are always looking for something new, so in order to get their attention consumers and marketers have to target very big. The best way to reach this generation is by technology. From the website http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/money/workplace/2005-11-06-gen-y_x.htm a gentleman states that "Generation Y is much less likely to respond to the traditional command-and-control type of management still popular in much of today's workforce," says Jordan Kaplan, an associate managerial science professor at Long Island University-Brooklyn in New York. "They've grown up questioning their parents, and now they're questioning their employers. They don't know how to shut up, which is great, but that's aggravating to the 50-year-old manager who says, 'Do it and do it now.' I agree with this quote I find myself asking myself am I doing this right or how can I gain control and do it better.
Week 2 EOC: Boston Consuling Group - Video Games
I believe in order for the gaming industry to stay strong the have to put their staff in new positions or reevaluate the position of leadership and get a new plan of Marketing. This is why this quote is efficiant because not only are they trying to make and effort to overcome sales but the are repositioning their focus on new Leadership.“Our new sector leadership team positions us to continue to raise NPD’s game as an industry leader across the broad range of practice areas we serve,” said Dennis Brown. From the source website https://www.npd.com/wps/portal/npd/us/news/press-releases/the-npd-group-names-new-industry-sector-leaders-for-americas- In this quote that I found on the website business/http://m.yahoo.com/w/legobpengine/finance/news/video-game-industry-cant-catch-212618420.html?.intl=us&.lang=en-us "I think there's probably natural attrition occurring in the market," said Edward Williams of BMO Capital Markets. "What you're wrestling with here is there are several currents. The category is evolving-in terms of how people are playing games and how they're paying for the games. If you're not reasonably nimble and able to pursue new business models and/or if you don't have those must-buy properties now, it can create significant headwinds for sell-through." It stands by me saying that many people are not financially stable to go out and just buy expensive game anymore, so if there is a easier way that cost less the consumers will follow that, everyone wants to save. Last but not least according to the website Untal.http://bx.businessweek.com/video-game-industry/blogs/
Video Game Industry is part of Business Exchange, suggested by Gabriel, This is true because you have to stay on top of what is in the business exchange industry and what can you do to keep exchanging.

Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service
I remember when I had an excellent customer service experience. I took my sister out to dine in at this restaurant called Fridays. We had the most amazing time after everything was all over .As we walk in to the restaurant we were seated right away which was grea, thent we were given menu's to look at, 10 to 15 minutes went by before anyone had even asked us what we would like to drink . I thought it was odd because it was not a weekend and the restaraunt did not looked busy at all, so I started to seek out a waiter . When the waiter finally came by our table to ask is if we need any water or if we were ready to order we said,"yes, are you guys really busy ," because this is the first time anyone has come by our table". They apologized for not coming to the table quickly I then stated, "There's no apology needed". The gentlman then took our beverage order and ask is if we were ready to order our food. We he said yes we're ready to order so he took our orders and asked us if there is anything else we needed we said no and he left. Some time had passed, maybe about 45 minutes and we still had not had our food or no one has came by to check and see if we were okay, shortly after that the waiter arrived and said we deeply apologize for all the inconvenience we have caused you, thank you for being so paitient but unfortunately we for got to put your order in so it will be a little longer of a wait,"but we have set you up for free dinner on the house for the inconvenience,if there is anything else you need just let us know. We said not at this time. Obviously I was speechless and still in shock. Our food then finally arrived all except my daudghters order, it wasn't ready so they didn't give us another free entree and a couple of coupons and dessert on the house and although i ttook a couple extra mintees I say this is was a great customer service experience because although they made mistakes they made every effort to make them up and know that we are happy with the left they went above and beyond to make sure that all of our need for med and we didn't have any issues with them being late with our food are not being able to perform at a professional level while we visited the restaurant. In the textbookArmstrong & Kotler (2011).
Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing
on page 3 is states "we've always stuck with customer service even if it was not a sexy thing to do" I like this quote because even know that it got ugly and at times we felt like none of this should not have ever happen at the restaurant or we should have gotten better customer service they gave us and went above and beyond to make up for their mistakes and make sure we would return and were satisfied with an overall experience.
